Luis Alain Reyes is a Florida-licensed real estate broker and experienced business and operations leader with 16 years of
experience in real estate and more than 25 years of leadership, management, and entrepreneurial experience.
A lifelong Miami professional, Alain brings a diverse background in real estate, business ownership, government
administration, operations, and team leadership. His career began with Miami-Dade County and HUD, where he served as an
Administrative Officer II and led a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 employees responsible for operations and
services supporting 150 residents. His responsibilities included staff management, daily operations, resident services,
regulatory compliance, and coordination with HUD, AHCA, the Florida Department of Elder Affairs, HHS/DHS, and MiamiDade County, among other agencies.
Alain later became the owner and CEO of a Miami-based cleaning and logistics company, where he managed a team of 10
employees and coordinated daily service for resorts, corporate clients, and airline operations. This experience strengthened
his skills in customer service, logistics, accountability, staff management, and business operations.
In real estate, Alain has worked as a sales associate, office manager, and broker associate. At Town Realty, he supported and
worked alongside a team of 5–10 agents while managing residential, land, bank-owned, trust, and estate properties. He later
focused on personal production with Robert Slack Real Estate and Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, managing residential and
land transactions while building long-term relationships with clients and real estate professionals throughout South Florida.
Alain brings his combined experience in real estate, operations, leadership, mentoring, and business management to his role
as Managing Partner – Miami for Thomas Lynne Realty Group.
In his new role, Alain is focused on building the TLRG Miami presence from the ground up through agent recruitment,
mentoring, training, lead conversion, relationship development, and a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.
Education
Alain earned an Associate in Arts and an Associate degree in Psychology from Miami Dade College. He continued his
education at Florida International University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
