Kristen Johnson is an operations consultant with a background spanning the arts, tech startups, and small business leadership. After 17 years in startup environments in NYC, Philly and Orlando, she has spent the past decade supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses across multiple sectors including healthcare, real estate, staffing and finance.
She specializes in helping growing organizations create structure, implement scalable systems, and drive execution. Kristen is currently pursuing a nursing degree to expand her clinical knowledge and is a proud single mom to four amazing young teenagers/young adults.
